Renting a Pod can be a practical solution when extra space is needed quickly, but buying is not the right fit. It may suit a change in family living arrangements, a temporary housing need, or a situation where flexibility matters more than long-term ownership.

Our rental Pods are designed to keep the process straightforward. Once everything is approved, we deliver the Pod to your site and get it in place so you can start using the space. WINZ quotes can also be provided where needed.

How it works

Start by sending through an enquiry with the Pod size you need, your address, and a few basic details. From there, we work through the application, delivery checks, and references. If a WINZ quote is needed, we can provide that as part of the process.

Once everything is approved, we issue the lease agreement. When that is signed and the bond and advance payment have been received, we take over from there and arrange delivery.

What you need on site

The main requirement is clear site access. That means enough room for delivery, with no overhanging trees, powerlines, or other access issues. We always assess the site before delivery so there is clarity around what is needed.

What's included

The rental process is designed to be simple. Once approved, we deliver the Pod and provide a caravan lead for plug-in on delivery. If the Pod includes plumbing, it will still need to be connected to the relevant services on site. Curtain rails are included, but tenants will need to supply their own curtains.

We arrange pickup and return the Pod to our factory for inspection. If it has been left clean and tidy, the bond is returned. If cleaning, repairs, or unpaid arrears need to be addressed, those costs may be deducted from the bond.
