Building Standards & Compliance
Our Pods are designed to comply with the New Zealand Building Code, and when processed through building consent, are treated as buildings with a 50-year lifespan, the same as a traditional home.
Foundations & Site Works
We visit every site to understand the land, the likely position of the Pod, and any restrictions or complexities that may need to be worked through.
Delivery & Installation
Getting your Pod to your site takes planning, coordination, and the right preparation before delivery day arrives.
